Kazim is a HR professional with 11 years in-house recruitment experience in the new media and IT sector, working around the M4 corridor and Thames Valley. During this time, he has reviewed and screened thousands of CVs, conducted over 600 interviews and recruited over 300 people for roles in IT, Sales, Marketing, and Market Research.

Also, having worked as a HR Manager, Kazim has worked in constant partnership with managers, helping them through their day to day  personnel issues and so has first hand insight into the skills that are needed to succeed.

Kazim is a fully paid up and qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Being a member of the CIPD, Kazim stays up to date with modern practice byby regular attendance of CIPD developments events from the CIPD calendar.
