Service?

industry grade mock interview so you can perform your best.

Why should I use a Mock Interview?
This
service will enable you to develop your interview technique and
maximise your chance of success. In today's job market you
could be competing with up to 10 other interviewees for the job you
want. And you only have 1 hour
and 1 opportunity to make an impact. You need to seize the day and perform
at your absolute best if you want a chance of the job.

Who
should use this service?
Anyone really. You could be a beginner or
you could be someone that lacks recent experience in interviews, or you
may simply want to improve your interview technique following some
recent disappointments.

Should I opt for Phone or Face to Face?
Its up to you. With a telephone
interview, we can provide feedback on the content of your answers
mainly. Whereas with the face to face we can also comment on your
appearance, demeanour and body language.

Who will
conduct my interview?
Interviews are designed and conducted by
the Director of The Career Cafe, Kazim Ladimeji, BSc. MCIPD, an industry qualified HR professional
with 11 years experience in in-house recruitment in the IT, Media and
market research sectors in the South West, Thames Valley and central
London.

What format is
the Mock Interview?
As standard it will entail the following:
- 10-20 'behavioural' interview questions.
- Conducted in real
interview conditions
- Approximately one hour in duration
- A written interview feedback report.
Depending on your choice prior to order
- It can be Phone or
Face to Face
Depending on your choice following order when you fill in the Project Start Document:
- It can be
'General' or 'Job Specific'.

How does the
phone interview work?
Once you have ordered your
mock interview we will call you at the agreed time. (Landline only.) We
will then conduct the interview. |

How does the
face to face interview work?
Once you have ordered your mock interview,
you will attend the interview at the agreed time. After signing in at
reception, you will then be cordially invited to your interview room
and the mock interview will occur.

Where
do Face to Face Interviews occur?
Face to face interviews
occur at your local Regus business centre, which are a national chain of world
class business venues with interview rooms to hire: www.regus.co.uk.
How Can I Place an Order?
Review our Terms of
Use, and the pre-sales
information on this site. Then select a service and click the relevant
order button. You'll then be taken to PayPal,
who will process your payment on our behalf. Following payment, you'll
receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to the Project Start Document, (the pre-interview
questionnaire) which you should download, complete and submit.
Within 24 hrs, you'll receive confirmation of interview time, location
and format. You
have ordered a Mock Interview.
In the rare case of lack of availability
of third party meeting space, we'll propose and confirm (following your
acceptance) an alternative date.
Can I track the progress of my
order?
Yes, we will e-mail status updates as per
our order tracking schedule.
What if I am
not satisfied?
We aim to please and hope you are
satisfied with the Mock Interview Service. If you wish to provide
feedback, please complete the feedback form that you'll receive
following order.
