1. How do I buy/order?

3. How secure is my
bank card data ?
The verification of
your credit or debit card is carried out by PayPal, a global leader in
on-line payments. PayPal uses
128-bit encryption, the strongest commercially available form of
encryption on the internet.
thecareercafe.co.uk does
not have access to your card details, these are passed directly from PayPal in an
encrypted form to your bank over a secure link; we (like you) receive a
transaction receipt as proof of your purchase. This means that you can
be sure that your card details never leave this secure environment.

4. How will I know if my purchase was
successful?
As soon as
the payment has 'cleared' you will receive a transaction receipt which
will contain a link to a location where you can download your 'Product'
or the 'Project Start Document' if
you have ordered a service. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail
to the e-mail address which you supplied during the purchase process.
5. What if I don't receive a purchase
confirmation receipt and e-mail after submitting my payment? Please
note: we have tested the purchasing system so it is unlikely
there will be a problem with your payment, but if there is it can mean
the following:
1:) The purchase was unsuccessful. If you are
sure that your card has not been charged, please try again. If you
think your card was charged (best to confirm with your bank) please
contact us and we will check the status of your order.
2:) The purchase was successful but the e-mail didn't reach your inbox
because the e-mail
address you supplied was incorrect.
3:) The purchase was successful but the e-mail didn't reach your
inbox because your
mailbox is full and cannot receive any more e-mail.
4:) The purchase was successful but the e-mail didn't reach your
inbox because it was
accidentally put in your junk e-mail box.
Once again, any problems please e-mail us and we will check the status
of your order.
6. Will I receive a VAT receipt?
Yes, within 30 days of order, but usually
much sooner.
