1. Following purchase, when will I receive
my download?
Immediately; a link to your download will
be included in the confirmation e-mail.
2. What if I am
unable to download the document from the specified location?
E-mail us, ensuring to quote the 16 digit
receipt number that was on your transaction receipt. Once you have confirmed the 16 digit
receipt number that was on your transaction receipt we will e-mail your 'Product' or 'Project Start Document' to
you.
3. After
purchase, when will my 'CV Writing Service' order be fulfilled?
We
aim to complete all CV writing projects within 5
days of order, or to
be more specific, within 5 days of receipt of the 'Project Start Document'
that you are required to download, complete and submit to us following
purchase of this service. Please refer to the full Service Synopsis here.
3. After
purchase, when will my 'CV Evaluation Service' order be fulfilled?
We
aim to complete all 'CV Evaluation Service' assignments within 72
hours of order, or to
be more specific, within 72 hours of receipt of the 'Project Start Document'
that you are required to download, complete and submit to us following
purchase of this service. Please refer to the full Service Synopsis here.
4. After
purchase, how/when will my 'Mock Interview Service' occur?
We
aim to arrange 'Mock Interviews' in a timely manner to suit your needs,
usually within 5 working days, although we cannot guarantee this. Please refer to the full Service Synopsis here.
5. What if
there is a technical fault with any document that I receive from you?
Refunds will be given
for any goods where they are found by us to be defective. Refunds will
not be given where we are unable to replicate the issue or the issue
stems from the user or their equipment. Where
any goods are found to be defective we will offer a replacement item or
issue a full refund at our discretion. Where a refund is offered and
accepted by you it will be made within seven working days of receiving
your acceptance of a refund
6. What software do I need to use your
products and services?
You will need
Microsoft Word 97-03 or later in order to view our products and service
administration documents.
