What if I have a product quality or service issues? A customer satisfaction form is provided with all our products and services. Please e-mail us if you would like a customer satisfaction form. We do encourage people to give feedback as this helps us to continuously improve our offering. 2. How do I Complain? We have a formal complaints procedure which can be found here. 3. Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately, there are very limited cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, largely due to the the nature of our products and services.
